Hightail100 meat
Yes! Our bison free range on our 3,700 acre regenerative ranch and eat nothing but what they were designed to eat: grass.
Yes, all the meat we sell comes from bison we raised ourselves on our regenerative ranch in beautiful Western Montana.
Unlike other online delivery services, we do not resell meat from other ranches (where they may not maintain the strict regenerative agriculture practices that we do at Hightail).
Meat from Hightail100 is what we like to call “Field-to-Freezer.”
That is, we harvest all our animals right here on the ranch, which are then processed by hand at a small local and certified meat processor.
Then we deliver the meat to you as soon as it has been processed and frozen.
In fact, your first order of a half or whole bison includes a FREE standup freezer that comes pre-packed with your order and delivered to your door!
The current system is broken.
Corporate control. Environmental degradation. Marginalized communities. Animal suffering. Ranchers driven off the land. Public health crisis.
But there’s a better way. One that harmoniously balances the needs of land, animal, and human — making all three healthier at the same time.
